you can sleep on board the boats, for a really different - and totally flexible - experience
or you can return each evening to on-shore accommodation
depending on the importance you place on the team activity, you can choose either yachts (high team involvement) or motor cruisers (no boating experience is needed)
the amount of time dedicated to work sessions and boating is entirely your choice
we can offer a range of activities for participants to broaden the experience, or for partners not taking part in the training

| The boats | | By using identical boats, each team will be able to measure their progress - a genuine team building experience. Our large fleet of yachts offers a variety of combinations, for example:
Catalina 28 yacht, four crew per boat, three boats - 12 people
Catalina 320 yacht, four crew per boat, three boats - 12 people
Dufour 36 yacht, five crew per boat, three boats - 15 people

| Our sailing masters | | Our sailing masters have extensive sailing and yacht racing experience, and have been teaching people to sail for many, many years. In the morning session, the sailing master is there to teach the necessary skills. In the afternoon, the sailing masters are on board for crew and boat safety, but your teams are responsible for sailing the boats (and winning!).

| Onshore accommodation options | | | If you prefer to sail by day and return to accommodation at night, and want the option of conference facilities, there are many options. We can book resort/conference style accommodation in Metung for you, or you might prefer a large house for something quite different, private and spacious. With a waterfront house, you have the boats at your doorstep, space to get together in the house, a large kitchen, bedrooms, with extra sleeping accommodation on the boats - the flexibility is terrific.
